contains the Indian, Columbus, G. Washington, A. Lincoln & B. Franklin, only missing the one issued for G. Handel. Each intricately engraved in black w/a different colored emblem at R. Reverses all identical, but printed in different colors. An excellent group

contains Christopher Columbus & George Washington, the latter w/"A" printed in blue

1893 World's Columbian Exposition Special Day tickets (2),

Chicago Day (Oct. 9) & Manhattan Day (Oct. 21), each w/attached stub. Also, each has important symbols representing each city, i.e. on front and back, a phoenix rising out of the Great Chicago Fire and Statue of Liberty, etc. Very clean & fresh!

Second, "1893 Columbian Exposition Admission and Concession Tickets", 1st Ed. by James P. Doolin, 1981, 22 pgs, 8" x 11" describing production, quantities issued, concession and theater tickets, etc. Third, "The United States Columbian Issue 1893" by A.A. Lauzon, 69 pgs, 8" x 11" spiral bound paperback. This book delves into the manufacture and production of the Columbian postage stamps & postal envelopes, inclg quantities issued, watermark, known varieties and errors, essays, etc. w/many diagrams. All (3) books in excellent condition and excellent research material

complete set of all (10) mint Official Souvenir postcards w/the original decorative envelope in which they came as a set. All are Scott no. UX10 U.S. postal cards w/pictures of (9), diff buildings and the battleship U.S.S. Illinois. Each card is numbered "No. 1" thru "No. 10". The "No. 2" card has a partial dbl impression on stamp side above McKinley and above "POSTAL CARD ONE CENT." (#UX10bvar) & other places. An especially nice set!
